In September of 2016, the Office of Bilingual ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® and World Languages released the Comprehensive English Language Learner ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Plan (CEEP), which will replace what was formerly known as the Commissioner’s Regulations (CR) Part 154 Comprehensive Plan.

The CEEP can be completed online via the SED Monitoring System, which can be accessed through theÌý.
